Greetings Holy Cross!

We have been hard at work lining it up so that you can worship together on Sunday morning. This is all a work in progress, so please be patient as we figure all these things out.

Sunday Morning

8:00 a.m. Livestream

https://www.facebook.com/holycrossrocklin/

If you go to the above page, you should be able to see our livestream. We’ll be testing and playing around with it the thirty minutes beforehand, but Lord willing, we’ll have it all up and going by 8 a.m.

We will be doing Morning Prayer for this service, with three hymns.

If you CLICK HERE, you can download the bulletin for the service as a PDF file.

I expect the service will be 30–40 minutes. It depends on how long the offering takes.

That was a joke. You’ll be hearing more in a day or two about how to keep up with your offerings during this pandemic. Because we need you.

Anyway, at some point in time later in the morning, I will post the service up to YouTube. You can go to our YouTube page by CLICKING HERE.

ZOOM Chat

At 9:00 a.m. tomorrow morning, we are also going to host what is called a Zoom chat. Zoom is a video conferencing service that many schools and churches are using for meetings, classes, and other gatherings during our time in exile here. I would like to try doing bible class on this service at some point, but for now, let’s just see how we like it. If you would like to try it, go to the following web page:

Holy Cross ZOOM Chat

From there you should be able to go on through the web, or be directed to download an app (iOS or Android) and then try it from there.

I’ve used Zoom through the web, my iPhone, iPad, and seen others on Android. It works pretty well. We can try it and see if we like it.

That is the plan for tomorrow morning. God bless you all, and will will (virtually) see you in Church!

In Christ,

Pastor Peperkorn
