Sitting in Madrid, getting ready to fly to Kenya in the wee hours of the morning. Dennis and I just completed a 500 mile trek across Spain, walking in the footsteps of peregrinos (pilgrims) from France to Santiago de Compostela. Blistered feet, sore limbs, weary bodies, empty hearts often filled with joy from the beauty of Spain and our fellow peregrinos, were our daily companions. More on this later, but here are a few photos.
